School Closure February 18th Due to Adverse Weather
School Closure due to the Potential Impact of Extreme Weather
Dear parents and carers,
School and Nursery will be closed tomorrow, Friday 18th February 2022, for all children.
Although we would like to be open and we are mindful of the impact that school closures have on young people and parents, Somerset County Council has issued a ‘do not travel’ warning for tomorrow morning. All education leaders across the county have received an email this afternoon to advise that all schools, early years settings and colleges should close for the day due to the potential impacts of Storm Eunice.
Remote education will be available through the normal routes.
Please be cautious tomorrow and we wish you a restful half-term break.
Yours sincerely
